NUTRITION
For the last twenty-five years I have placed attention on the study and the experiencing of nutrition. My own body has been a research laboratory. The full spectrum of nutrition-supplementation modalities have been put on trial. My current thought pattern on nutrition is:
Natural Hygiene Vegan
Organic
Raw
Based on fruits, vegetables, legumes, seeds, nuts, grass/ wheat grass and vegetable juice - all in the uncooked natural raw state and deliciously prepared. I have experienced this to be very natural, cleansing, energizing and renewing.
Additional practises complimenting the hygienic nutrition:
Periodic fasting
Plenty of pure water
Clean fresh air
Sunshine
Daily exercise
Rest and sleep
Proper food combining
Transcendental Meditation
Meaningful activities
Druglessness
The ultimate truth is that toxemia is the basic cause of disease. Natural Hygiene fosters body and mind purification opening the door towards enlightenment.
