When I make a vase, a cup or a saucer, they will be my expression and they will tell you who I am and what I am.

 Nothing real can be threatened. Nothing unreal exists. Herein lies the peace of God.

 Know ye not that ye are the temple of God and that the spirit of God dwelleth in you.

 The entire universe is concentrated in a garden.

 If ever I have somehow come to realize God, if the vision of God has ever been granted to me, I must have received it through this world, through man, through trees and birds and beasts, the dust and soil...

 If the measurement of the temple is in every way perfect, there will be perfection in the universe as well.

 When we investigate the invisible mechanics of nature, we find that everything in the universe is directly connected with everything else. Everything is constantly being influenced by everything else. No wave of the ocean is independent of any other.

 I enjoy the silence in a church before the service more than any sermon.

 There is health when the body is harmonized into unity, and beauty when the essence of unity controls the parts, and virtue in the soul when it is unified and brought into a single harmonious whole.

 Architecture is born in the heart.

 We could decorate our homes with images from our dreams and waking fantasy.

 Integrity is the deepest quality in a building.

 Go to the woods and fields for colour schemes.

 The pot shows the universe.

 The gods always play where groves are near rivers, mountains and springs and in towns with pleasure gardens.

 Architecture is the handwriting of man... when you enter his domain you know his dreams...

 You employ stone, wood and concrete and with these materials you build houses and palaces...but suddenly you touch my heart... That's architecture.

 God is the home of the soul just like space is the home of the body.

 The golden proportion is regenerative, that is, it describes a set of laws which return to the ONE or to unity from multiplicity. Thus as a principle it expresses the idea of returning to the source of uniting again with divinity.

 Every life needs its altar. It may be in a church or quiet nook. It may be a moment in the day, or a mood of the heart...But somewhere the spiritual life must have its altar. From there life gains its poise and direction.
